Shipping & Payment Info

You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our Doncaster store or ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping will be a flat rate of only $10 to any location in Australia; while shipping will be free on orders above $100. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your orders get to you on time.

At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery time. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.

Courier dispatch and click and collect items will be ready in the following business day.

After dispatch, please allow following days for delivery:

• Standard shipping: 2-6 business days
  • 2-3 business days to the Australian metropolitan areas, and
  • 3-6 business days to other Australian areas

• Express shipping: 1-2 business days in most cases but might take 3 days for some rural areas

Note: While we pride ourselves on delivering sweetness, certain factors are beyond our control. If your parcel is delayed, missing, or misrouted, we recommend contacting the courier or postal service directly to assist in locating your shipment.

Gift Wrapping

We provide free gift wrapping service for the chocolate boxes, please indicate that in the comments field when checking out your items.

Shipping During Heat

Although we carefully prepare our packages, extreme heat can affect chocolate. To maintain the quality of your items, we pause shipping during hot weather and encourage you to consider temperature conditions when placing your order. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for weather-related damage once the package is with our courier partners or delivered to your residence. However, if your items arrive broken or damaged, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Payment

Our prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We accept payment in cash (for items picked up from store) also card payments. There are no surcharges fees applied to any payment method.
